I’m currently in the final year of my M.Sc. in Engineering Mathematics at Lund University (Civilingenjör), specializing in machine learning and image analysis. My studies have given me a solid foundation in mathematics and computer science at LTH, and a chance to explore advanced applications of AI during an exchange year at University of California, Davis. While there I had the chance to apply theory to practice in different ways such as building the fastest database in my class, and leading a team at Yale’s quantum computing hackathon that placed second with a novel algorithmic approach to wildfire handling. These experiences highlight my capacity to quickly grasp new ideas and translate them into real-world impact.

Outside academics, I’ve taken on quite different challenges, from leading a squad during military service to coaching, umpiring, and directing professional tennis tournaments. Through these roles, I’ve learned the value of staying calm under pressure, working with people from very different backgrounds, and balancing leadership with listening.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to bring together my technical expertise and collaborative mindset to tackle problems that matter. I’m motivated by environments where I can contribute to shared goals, keep expanding my skills, and make a meaningful impact.
